We offer an initial complimentary consultation. The initial consultation can consist of 3 separate discussions. 1st meeting (10-15 minutes) - you share information about what you would like to improve about your medical practice. If we believe we can assist we will provide you a list of information needs for a 2nd meeting. 2nd meeting (30-45 minutes) – you share the information we had requested which allows us to prepare our proprietary Practice Analysis. (Meetings 1 & 2 can be combined if information is readily available) 3rd meeting (30-45 minutes) – We share our recommendations on how we can specifically help your medical practice resolve its issues and improve its profitability. We have work teams in both metro Los Angeles and New York, however, we are well equipped to work with medical practices located anywhere around the country.
